WALPOLE TOWN REPUBLICAN COMMITTEE MEETING

The Walpole Town Republican Committee will hold a meeting on Saturday, August 15th at 12pm in the Walpole Public Library (48 Main Street, Walpole). This meeting will take place directly following the Special Town Meeting held by the Selectboard regarding the police station bond article. [The Special Town Meeting begins at 10am at Town Hall. We strongly urge all members, families and friends to attend both meetings. Congressional District 2 candidate, Lily Tang Williams, will be at Fritz in Keene (294 West Street) for a spot on WMUR on Tuesday, August 25th 9:30-10:30am. Come join the candidate!

CD2 CONGRESSIONAL DEBATE

The NH Journal will host a debate for the CD2 congressional candidates on Thursday, August 27th, 2026 at 6pm in the NH Institute of Politics auditorium, where Lily Tang Williams and Victor Orlando have confirmed attendance. The debates will not open to the general public, but they will be broadcast live on Manchester Public TV channel 16 and will stream online as well. The debates will be moderated by New Hampshire Journal Managing Editor Michael Graham.

RINDGE/ JAFFREY/ FITZWILLIAM GOP MEETING

This month's Rindge/Jaffrey/Fitzwilliam GOP meeting will be held on Monday, August 31st at 6:30pm (6pm for socializing) at the Rindge Meeting House (6 Payson Hill Road, Rindge, NH).
